ALUA – Lusophone Alliance of Specialists for Sickle Cell Disease is a non-profit association that unites healthcare professionals, researchers, and organizations from across the Portuguese-speaking world with a common goal: to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sickle cell disease. Inspired by the spirit of cooperation among Portuguese-speaking countries, we believe that together we are stronger in the fight against this genetic condition.
